M.T.C do not have set environmental policies. Instead the concept of sustainable and environmentally responsible design has been integral to all our designs since our inception.

We are committed to producing architecture that not only reduces impact on our surroundings and the environment, but also becomes sustainable in the long term for end users.

We are constantly researching in the quest for improved environmental design and actively participate in relevant tutorials, lectures, and seminars on such topics.
